Why PVPOA Matters:
Placer Valley is a mountain community of roughly 250 homes near Alma, Fairplay, and Breckenridge. PVPOA exists to help property owners stay informed, connected, and engaged in preserving the safety, beauty, and long-term value of our valley. PVPOA membership is only $40/year and helps support the practical things that make this community better: Clean-Up Day, community updates, weed mitigation, social gatherings, local issue monitoring, and a stronger voice for Placer Valley property owners.
Whether you live here full-time, come up on weekends, own a cabin, or own land for the future, your membership helps preserve the beauty, safety, and neighborly spirit of Placer Valley.
